Wampir natychmiast wychodzi z pokoju, zabiera Ivana, żeby go opatrzeć i kładzie do łóżka. Nie pyta jednak w jaki sposób doprowadził się do tego stanu. Razem ze swoim kielichem postanawiają wrócić do klubu. Chcą pomóc Ivanowi znaleźć ofiarę, aby mógł odzyskać trochę sił, ponieważ jest za słaby, żeby zapolować samemu. Cała trójka udaje się do Moondance i podczas gdy Aaron pomaga Ivanowi znaleźć ofiarę, Eloise pilnuje, aby nikt ich nie zauważył. Po pożywieniu się Ivan czuje się już lepiej i wszyscy razem wracają do dworu. Eloise dowiaduje się, że Aaron nie pił jej krwi, bo nie chciał jej zranić i przez to osłabł.
