Odcinek rozpoczyna się w momencie, gdy Vladimir wybudza bohaterkę z koszmaru. Poprzedniej nocy postanowiła, że zostanie u niego w pokoju, żeby mieć na niego oko. Po tym jak dziewczyna dochodzi do siebie, bohaterowie zaczynają rozmowę o wydarzeniach z minionej nocy, przez co bardziej się do siebie zbliżają. Następnie zostawia go by odpoczął, a sama udaje się powiadomić pozostałe wampiry o tym co się wydarzyło. Po tym jak wszyscy zostali uświadomieni o zagrożeniu, domownicy postanawiają zorganizować naradę, do której dołącza Eloise. Nieco później dziewczyna siada z książką przy kominku w salonie, gdzie zjawia się Vladimir. Wampir postanawia zwierzyć się bohaterce, że cierpi na chorobę, która nie pozwala mu opuszczać dworu. Dowiadujemy się, że ma alergię na światło księżyca, które jest dla niego równie szkodliwe, co światło słoneczne. Bohaterowie zaczynają się do siebie coraz bardziej zbliżać. Po spotkaniu z Vladimirem Eloise wraca do pokoju. Zasypia, ale ze snu wybudza ją piorun. Bohaterka ma złe przeczucia, które sprawdzają się po tym jak atakuje ją ten sam mężczyzna, który rzucił się na nią w lesie. Po chwili jednak znika, a do pokoju Eloise wbiega reszta wampirów.
